1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If anything here conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights win.

3. Placing an order

  1. The product page is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer from us.
  2. When you place an order and pay, you are making us an offer to buy.
  3. A contract is formed when we send your confirmation and dispatch your order. If we cannot accept your order — for example if the item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • The displayed price for this product is £11.99 for one 5-piece set, including VAT and free UK delivery.
  • Volume prices apply automatically: £10.99 per set from two sets, £9.99 per set from three sets.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your full card details.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. UK delivery is free and normally takes 2–4 working days. Current delivery terms and returns are set out on the delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days you may cancel the order and get a full refund.

6. Cancelling and returning an order

  • You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
  • We extend that to 30 days as our own money-back guarantee.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; for faulty or damaged goods we pay it.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

All goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it — your choice — and cover the return postage. Longer-term rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.

8. Product information

The set includes five pieces: a telescopic stainless steel pole extending to 245 cm (96 in), a fluffy 360° duster head, a chenille microfibre duster head, a flexible flat microfibre pad and a microfibre cleaning cloth. Product photographs are of the actual product; screen colours may vary slightly. Cleaning tools should be used as intended — do not apply excessive force to the pole or use it near live electrical fittings, and rinse the microfibre heads in warm water rather than boiling water.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

10. Events outside our control

If a courier strike, severe weather or similar event delays delivery, we will contact you and adjust deadlines accordingly. If it lasts more than 30 days either of us may cancel the order and we will refund you in full.

11. Complaints

Email us first — most issues are sorted in one reply. If you are not happy with the outcome, say so and we will escalate it internally. Consumer disputes about goods bought in the UK can also be raised through the relevant ombudsman or the courts.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
