How long does UK delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. UK delivery is free and normally arrives within 2–4 working days. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
How far does the cleaning set reach?
The telescopic pole extends to 245 cm (96 inches). With a duster head fitted you can reach ceiling fans, high ceilings, coving and the tops of wardrobes while standing on the floor — no stepladder needed.
Are the microfibre heads washable?
Yes. Hand wash in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, wring out, and air dry. Each head is built to last 60+ washes, which replaces a lot of disposable duster refills.
Does the pole twist while you are cleaning?
No. The locking collars clamp the pole so the head stays facing the surface. That is the most common complaint about cheap telescopic dusters, and it is the reason we chose this set.
Can it really reach under the washing machine?
Yes — the flexible flat pad is the thinnest piece in the set and is designed for exactly that gap. It also works under fridges, tumble dryers, sofas and wardrobes where lint collects.
